I bought the weedeater a year ago at a local home improvement store. I don't like dragging an extension cord around behind me so I thought I'd give this a try. I have a 1400sf ranch style home that I trim around, and I trim the curb along the front which is only a little longer than the house as homes here are about 15' apart. I also trim along the driveway which is about 2 car lengths long. The second battery barely finishes the job. Since the charger I got only charges one battery at a time, I have to remember to switch them out during the week so I have two fresh batteries to do my trimming each week. Until I get around to wiring in some outside outlets and go back to using the plug in type weed trimmers I'm making due with this one.
